Different open time for menu 1..2.3...

    I have last version of 3cx , i have 3 menu for incoming call.

    1 commercial , 2 support , 3 other...

    commercial should to have open time : 9:00 17:00
    support should to have open time : 9:00 15:00

    how i can to set different time for menu 1..2.3. ?
    when a user press "2" i should play a Mp3 with "we are closed".

    Similar to the other post about sub menu 2 above

    Dummy extensions are your friend as they help with routing calls.

    Set up a dummy extension for each menu (1, 2, 3) and set their hours.

    When a user presses 1 it goes to dummy 1 which if in hours just forwards to where you want to go, if out of hours can say we are closed or even leave a voicemail.
