    It´d be nice to have the possibility to set different ring times for internal and external calls.
    The possibility to differ in call handling of internal and external calls is great but would be even greater if there is a possiblity to set a different timeout after which action takes place.

    This would be really useful.

    I have complaints from clients about this. Sometimes they like small timeouts for external calls that are forwarded to voicemail but that same small timeout is not good for internal calls to the point they don't have the chance to capture the call back when they do a blind transfer and the partner is not at his workplace.

    They could change their status to away or dnd when they are not at workplace to code a different logic but we all know people do not welcome things that make their lifes more difficult. The PBX logic would be the one that makes their lifes easier.

    Different timeouts for internal and external calls looks like a major enhancement to the forwarding logic. Both in the available status and in the first custom status.

    It's byt default with another IBPX (Siemens, Alcatel, Ascom ....)
