Differentiating between a New Call and a caller on Hold

    Hi All,

    A client of mine is using 3CX with a Yealink reception console (T28). the ring group is set up so that if an extension does not answer their call, it will revert back to the switchboard after 30 seconds. When this call comes back to the switchboard, there is no indication on weather this is a new caller calling in or if it is someone who has been on hold. What are our options in this regard? Can we allocate a different ring tone or can the LCD display which extension the call is diverting back from?

    Any assistance would be great as i am just the sales lady :) Thank you everyone.
