Digital receptionist and outbound transfer

    I know it's not best practice but I have a customer needing to have an option for the answering service. It would be nice to have the option to simply transfer outbound to XXX-XXX-XXXX. At this time I have setup the option to ring to a ring group and have the destination of no answer set to the answering service. If you know of a better way to do this by all means I'm all ears.
