digital receptionist - dead after restore (help)

    Hi folks,
    current v7 install, demo version,
    system was backedup from server X, installed on new 2008 server Y, restored from backup.

    System demo license was installed, and then reverted back to free version (don't know if that had bearing on it or not)
    System was rebooted after this.

    system works, vmail works, ringing groups work.
    Digital receptionist answers the call, but does not play prompt.
    In receptionist config page -- pressing play will play the prompts.
    Adding new digital receptionist number - similar behavior.

    any ideas ?"?
    My system is down (and I'm heading out on holidays) and really, really need this to work.

    Just a quick thought. Did you install the "Desktop Experience" and "Quality windows Audio Video Experience" features for Server 2008?
