Digital Receptionist do not connecting to extension

    HI every one

    I have problem with Digital Receptionist. J have configurated option time out 5 and connect to extension. After prompt the line is deaf.


    Do you have any idea to fix it??

    Hi !

    Please repeat the sutuation and then send your log-files (from the '<3CX PhoneSystem folder>\Data\Logs' folder) to me. You can have a look at them also (especially at the '3CXIvr*.log' files), probably you will see the reason of the problem.
