Digital Receptionist does not answer call

    I have set up a Digital Receptionist with a recorded Prompt.

    If I use an IP Phone to call the Digital Receptionist it works just fine and I can hear the recorded prompt.

    For voice calls originating from the TDM ( We use a Dialogic gateway) the call gets disconnected when calling the Digital receptionist , however works fine to other extensions.

    As a work around I created an Extension and set the forwarding rule so that When the extension is not registered calls are forwarded to the Digital receptionist.

    This approach works fine when I call the Dummy extension and I can hear the prompt from my TDM Phone.

    Can anybody help explain this behavior, Also how can I make the Digital receptionist work over TDM without using the dummy extension.
