digital receptionist errors

    Hello,

    just installed version 5 and configure a digital receptionist, with recorded auto message, options are to route to three ring groups.

    my problem is quite complex.
    as soon as i call on my number, i just hear " record your message and hit pounce" !!!!!

    can't do anything about that .
    so if my user just hung up, the line stays connected ( it does not release the extension )

    what could be causing that ?

    please make sure that your gateway is detecting the disconnect tone and sending disconnect signal to 3cx server. if you using voip provider please make sure voip provider is sending the same sip request for the same. i hope its with your voip gateway.....
