Digital Receptionist Help!

    I have activated the Digital Receptionist in my office. It works fine within office hours (8 AM to 4 PM). After 4 PM it prompts out of office reply as I set. But after 4 PM even though out of office message plays you can select the options for the Digital Receptionist. How can I set time limit for the Digital Receptionist to work?

    Okay.. so during office hours the calls route to a particular Digital Receptionist.. where are the calls going when out of the office?

    If you have another DR set up, it should follow whatever rules you put there. Keep in mind, a caller can still direct-dial an extension and route in "any" DR.. and "*" will still route to the operator in all kinds of places..
