Digital receptionist help

    I am new to 3cx and having trouble with the digital receptionist. I have configured it, and when you call in you hear the message/options. When you press any of the options that take you to a call group or an extension you hear the hold music followed by a message along the lines of call transfer failed. However, when you press an option that takes you to a voicemail box it works just fine. What am I missing?
