Hi when testing the digital receptionist feature on version 9 I bumbed into following: When the recorded menu plays, caller has option to enter an extension directly. This works fine. But my issue is with when that extension is forwarded to either an external or internal number it's playing back the menu while it's calling the other number. It will play the menu over and over again while calling that other number until that call is answered and both parties are connected. Shouldn't it work like this: Caller calls in and hears the recorded menu playing. When he enters an internal extension and that internal extension is forwarded to either internal/external number he just should here that the line is ringing while the call is being forwarded(other party is called). He shouldn't hear the menu looping until the other party answered the call. Is this a bug in version 9? Is there a fix? Or is this something that can be influenced by configuration options? I don't recall previous version 8 had this particularity.
