    Hi,

I've set up 3cx free edition with GoTalk in Australia and everything seems ok, except the Digital Receptionist does not work for incoming external calls.

If I set route incoming calls to an extension, hunt group, or voicemail it all works fine.

If I set it to Digital Receptionist, the call picks up and all you hear is silence. Pushing the options does not work either.

If I ring the DR from an internal extension, I get the prompt and everything works fine.

This is really weird since all other incoming methods are fine.

Any Ideas anyone? My log file is below.

    Hi Bryan,

I have gotalk working inbound to a 3cx DR fine. It is not the free version, but this should not make any difference that I can see.

Under gateway & providers -> other options do you have the PBX delivers audio on or off?

    Cheers
    Darren

    Hi,

Funny, I left my computer I am testing it on, switched on over night. Woke up this morning and gave it a test, and now it works fine.

    Weird, yet solved.

    Thanks all,

    Bryan
