I need to change quite often the prompt message of the digital receptionist. So I have created a wav file called am.wav (for active message). I have uploaded this file into 3CX Phone System and I have seen that it gets stored in the DATA\IVR\PROMPTS directory of ALL USERS document and settings folder. When I need to change the message I record another new wav file and copy it into the am.wav file in the PROMPTS DIRECTORY.
However, when accessing to the digital receptionist keeps playing the old message.
    Any clue ?

the system is probably caching the message.

Either restart the service or upload through the management interface which will clear the cache.
