Digital Receptionist question

    Hi,

    Is it possible to delete the standard 3CX prompt at the end of the digital receptionist that says "Please hold whilst I transfer your call" so that this can be incorporated within the recorded message? This is for a customer who needs a recorded message telling people that their calls could be recorded then no button options with an immediate transfer to the extension.
    At the moment there are two different voices during the receptionist and he wants one.

    At the moment there is only a workaround and that is to replace the prompt file with a blank recorded one
