    I've used systems in the past where, when the agent is logged into multiple queues, the PBX announces the queue to the agent before the call drops though. They call it "Agent Announcement"

    So the flow would look something like this -

    Incoming call > IVR (2 options, caller selects queue 1) > call rings agent > Agent answers > agent hears "Queue 1" (caller doesn't) > call drops through.

    Is this possible with 3CX?
