Digital Receptionist statistics report

    Hi,

    I was looking for call/statistic report for IVRs.
    ie. how many callers pressed option 2 to hear certain audio announcement.

    Creating ordinary Call Report or Extension Statistic Repoert for ext 8003 (in my case) doesn't seems to do the trick (reports are empty).
    I was wondering, did anybody succeed ?
    PS, this is request from our customer.

    Hello. This feature doesn't exist now.
    If you want it to be added in the future versions, please create a corresponding topic in the Ideas category so other users could vote for it.
