Digital Receptionist timeout not working

    I have 3cx v10 sp5, the digital receptionist timeout option is not working, it simply drop the call after some time.
    I have specified that after 45 second it should forward the call to an extension, regardless the option and the timeout i choose it always drop the call after some time.
    It only works if i choose the empty.wav in the options, if i put another wav it doesn't work.

    Hi,

    You have to wait until the prompt finish for Timeout to be triggered. This option is working. What wav do you use? Do you see something in logs?
