Digital Receptionist Timeout Repeat Prompt Once More Then End Call

    I have been creating a second DR to gracefully give a non-responding caller one more chance to hear the menu before hanging up on them (maybe they were distracted momentarily and didn't hear the repeat prompt option number). But duplicating the menu and configuring all the options and linking the second DR to the first DR is a lot of work, multiplied by the number of DR's configured.

    3CX how about adding a Timeout option that repeats the prompt once more and if there's no user response, ends the call?
