Hi. Just a quick request. Would it be possible to add few options in the future system on the Digital Receptionist timeout event? Like Forward Call, Repeat Prompt, Another Digital Receptionist, Hangup etc. ? It will be really helpful if a Digital Receptionist does not get a tone response in the given time it would be able to perform user defined tasks. I dont know if this suggestion could be a good add-on. I personally just felt the need. Cheers.
