Digital receptionist - transfer to external number

    Hi

    We have a digital receptionist for open and closed hours. During closed hours we need to transfer one of the options to an external number but there is no option to do this.

    How can we achieve this?

    Create a extension in 'Away' mode. Forward this extension to a external number.
    In our situation I created several 'mobile extensions' and put them in a queue. De IVR is forwarded to this queue. The one with 24/7 duty is 'logged on' to this queue (others are logged off).
