Digital Receptionist Unable to Transfer Calls

    I'm having trouble with the digital receptionist. Everything is working on my system, I can make outgoing calls, I can call local extensions, but when using the digital receptionist it's not working. Basically what happens is the receptionist picks up, I choose an option (in this case 4 which should send to my extension), but I get an error message instead (error with an IVR session) and the call terminates. Earlier I had the exact same config and the extension actually rang, but when I picked up I got a transfer error and the call ended. I'm using the 3cx softphone for testing purposes, here is the log:
