I've spent hours trying to get this to work with no luck. I can make calls, receive them manually, but CANT get the digital receptionist to pick up. The call just keeps ringing. I've checked the rest of the forums and come up with nothing. I really need some help here. Could this be a DTMF issue?

Anyone?

Kind Regards
Dan Hurley

Do you have the inbound rule on the line set to go to DR? Do you have office hours set to use DR? Is DR setup and recorded?

If you say yes to all those then please post your server status log so we can see what is going on when you receive a call.

Thanks heaps for your help. Server Status is below. You can see that the call is forwarded to extension 800 (DR) however it doesn't pick up. Office hours are set to 24/7 with all calls set to go to the receptionist after a few seconds. Take note of the line which reads "CALL 1 is not found" - not sure if that has anything to do with it.
