Digital Receptionist

    Hi,

    I have created digital receptionist and route to specific queue but there is a prompt "Please hold while transfer the call". i don't want caller to hear this prompt so i replace it with empty prompt but the thing is there is a gap before the call routed. could anyone advise how to remove this?
