Digital Receptionist

    Need some help with a digital receptionist:

    I have digital receptionist (800) and all inbound calls routed to it.

    Press 1 to hear more about our products >>>>> 1 = prompt
    Press 2 to leave a message >>>>>> 2=voicemail x101

    I also have option 9=special extension 999 so I can check my voicemail from the pstn.

    When I take option 9 it asks me for my pin... I enter it and it tells me I have no messages... If I dial 999 from softphone I have messages... When I check the voicemail folder, there are messages there.... Any advice???
