Direct Call Pickup Yealink T23G

    Hi - I am trying to set up directed call pickup for a dispatch group using Yealink T23G phones with 3CX. No softphones in use at this time. Basic scenario would be:
    - Customers call the main line and the IVR routes them to the appropriate dispatch desk
    - If the call is not answered within 3 or 4 rings on the original desk, the manager or the other dispatch desk would be able to pick up the call from their phones using the line 2 or line 3 button on the phone but do not want prioritized ring sequence or ring-on-all-phones-at-same-time
    - Manager does not want the call to ring at his phone as he is in close proximity and can hear the phones ring on the respective desks
    - Manager does not want to use a ring group with sequential rings because he wants to be able to intercept a phone call immediately if he knows dispatch is away from their desk, but he also does not want all of their calls to ring on his phone

    Can somebody walk me through what I need to do to set this up?

    On the T23 - probably best to setup a BLF of the service desk on one of the line buttons and the Call Pickup code (*20*) on the Manager phone.

    I have not sued the 23 - but this should work.
