Solved Direct Conference Line Not Working in 15.5...Bug?

    Hello, I am running 3CX 15.5, and for some reason, regardless of how I setup the inbound call routing I cannot get the DID to conference line to work. I have one SIP trunk through Flowroute with two DIDs. One DID is set to route directly to my main user extension, 001. The other has an inbound rule to route to ext 700 for my conference line. No matter which one I call from an external number they all route to ext 001. I have made sure that the DID is setup in Settings -> Conference Settings and also in Inbound Rules. Is this a bug?

    Hello @Brian Colby

    I believe that the incoming number from your provider does not match the DID as you have set it up in the PBX. I would recommend editing the DID under the Trunk settings and adding a * in front of the number so that it tries to match only digits after the *

    For example if your DID is currently 1234567890 then edit it as *234567890 so that it matches all number formats.
