I've run into a need to allow Direct SIP calling into an IVR. Currently Direct SIP only works with extensions that have a SIP ID specified. Either: Add SIP ID and Direct SIP support to IVR, Ring Groups, Queues, etc. OR Add Direct SIP Inbound rules to manage the same. My current workaround is to set up a fake extension with the SIP ID, then forward that to the real destination. It's ugly, prone to error, and wastes extension numbers.
