Direct SIP Video Calls only get Audio

    Hi there,

    I'm trying to call external video endpoints using Direct SIP.
    Internally I can do video calls both using internal extensions or direct sip addresses, but when I can external endpoints the call is audio-only.

    Firewall configuration is OK. Test shows everything as "done" and SIP alg is not detected.
    3CX is using a 1-to-1 NAT public IP and all ports are open.

    If I call the same endpoints without 3CX in the middle, the call shows video as it should, so I know both endpoints do have common codecs and inter-operate.

    Any idea what can be the problem?
