Direct to extension from AudioCodes port

    I've got a dedicated line comming into the AudioCodes FXO gateway. I'm trying to direct it directly to an extension. The line works as expected if connected to the DR. When I set it to goto the extension, the extension rings, but instantly drops the connection, then rings, drops... If I pick it up WHILE RINGING, it stays connected and works fine. If it's not ringing, it's just a dial tone. Clearly I'm missing something in the config of the phone or gateway, I just can't see what that might be.

    Phones are Polycom 320's, the gateway is an AudioCodes 8 port FXO MP-118. Running 3CX 9.0.13545.594, the gateway is on 5.60A.024.003.

    Any ideas on what I'm missing?
