Disable chat system wide?

    Is it possible to disable chat system wide in V10?

    I know individual users can disable it via the assistant but it's on by default.

    We have clients who want to use the functionality of the assistant but dont want their users IM'ing each other all day long, and the only way to stop that at present is reliant on the user.
