Disable 'Divert to Voicemail' & 'Decline' Buttons

Is there the ability to disable or remove the 'Divert to Voicemail & 'Decline' buttons when the client is logged in to a ACD queue?

Diverting in declining a queue call is not acceptable in our call center.

I am afraid there is no such ability at the moment. You can however post this as a feature request in the ideas section of the forum so it can be upvoted by other users and reviewed by the appropriate department.
