Disable DND

    Is there a way to disable the DND function on the phones? We have a number of our call center staff abusing the DND function and are not available for inbound calls. They are all using the 3CX softphone, so I can't just change the template.

    Does anyone have any other ideas?

    change the code via 3cx dial codes. most phones you can also disable the DND feature but just remember that they are 2 different features and dont interact with each other.
