Please take a look at the 3CX Call Control API:
    https://www.3cx.com/docs/call-control-api/

The Extension class has the Internal property, with the following description:
Which seems to be what you need....

You can't disable calls to internal extensions.

Is there anyway to set this property from database or using remote another api ?
Because we have 700 staffs and we need to change disable external calls property.
This is very difficult to change property from web application as manually.

You can export extensions to csv, edit that from Excel for example, and the import extensions again.

You have the 3CX Call Control API, but you need to execute it locally.

thanks for your helps and feedback,
Actually i would like to change disable external calls property by 3cx call control api.
i can create extensions and change other properties by 3cx call control api.
But i couldn't change the disable external calls property.
I insert the screenshot image to attachment that shows the property, maybe there is a way to change the property by 3cx call control api

You need to use Extension.Internal to do that.

Extension.Internal = true >> means that the extension can't make external calls
Extension.Internal = false >> means that the extension can make external calls
