It would be great to add the option to disable External Calls via the web client. We have a hotel, and it appears the only way to EASILY disable an extension from making outgoing calls after the phone system automatically syncs with our PMS software (via "Hotel Services") is to "Clear" the extension from the Web Client. But when doing that it obviously clears the name on the extension. So then if that room calls the front desk, it won't display the guest's name for the Front Desk agent to be able to address the person by name. The more DIFFICULT way to do it would be allowing the FD agent "Management Console" login access. But that is a whole different website from the "Web Client", and that may confuse our Front Desk agents at the hotel. Plus then they may accidentally end up deleting an extension or do something bad through the Management Console (even if we limit them to only accessing the room extensions). So if there is a way of getting that "Disable External Calls" option into the web client, that would be the GREAT.
