Is there a way to prevent the client from popping up a notification on incoming calls? I'm building a custom application to integrate with our information system. It will have notifications with more detail (such as contact name, date of last contact, active jobs and orders etc.) so I don't really want the notification from the 3CX client. We're using the client for other integration activities (including the Outlook integration and dialing from the computer) so I don't really want to disable it entirely as I'd have to re-implement the functionality we use. I was a bit surprised that I couldn't find an option to prevent the notification. Does anyone know if it's possible?
