Disable some system messages

    Is it possible to disable some of the system messages ?
    I configured an ivr, the caller has to press a number on his phone to automatic transfer the call to the right extension, then the message "pls hold on..." plays, I would like to avoid the message plays

    Hi Patroclo

    To get rid of this message you have to re-recorded / replace the System Prompt "please_hold.wav" with a silent wave file. Once done, restart the services. According to 3CX Support, this is the only way to disable this "feature".

    Or you can even use default empty.wav from 3cx (dont need to record the new one :D )
