Disable the "there is no agent in this queue" message

    Hi,
    I have a call queue and when placing a call to the queue while there is no agent in it,
    the caller hear the message "There is no agent in this queue" and then the call is hanged up.

    Is there an option to change that message or just put a busy signal there ?

    You would probably have to replace the recording with one you recorded... perhaps one of a... busy signal.

    So, like the other thread, there is no way to just send the real busy SIP signal without answering the phone instead ?
