This some what links to another post I made about queue's and maybe this is also a suggestion - so am posting as well.
Ring groups. If you have 20 people in a ring group and a call comes in which is answered by "person 1", then users 2-20 all receive a message on the phones display saying "missed call".
This count increases every time a call is "missed" - when in fact the call is not "missed" but answered by some one else.
Can we disable this "missed call" option on ring groups if the call was actually answered by some one?
