Disabling Call by Name

    Does anyone know if there is there anyway to disable the Call by Name feature from the receptionist menu? I've been looking through the manual but can't seem to find one. Is the only option to have none of our users record a Self Identification message?

    I am not certain I fully grasp the question, but if you want to disable it, why not simply remove/change the availability of the option from being available as a selection from the digital receptionist? "Call by Name" is a user selectable option that is associated to a button press on the digital receptionist. Use the pull down box and select a different option.

    So, if pressing "8" for example, invokes the "Call by Name" functionality, why not use the drop down box next to the "8" in the edit digital receptionist page and change it to something else more to your liking?

    I had a "special moment" and inexplicably missed the menu options. I blame Mondays.
