Disabling call recording in Queue

    We are having 3CX pro version where we have configured call queue and selected the option "give caller ability to opt of the recording". But when caller presses 3, it dies not hear any message or tone to inform him/her that call recording is disabled. Please advice how this feature works and if any additional configuration I need to do.
