Disabling Recording voice capability for all company

    Dear all,

    For clearly legal compliance reason, can we disable by default the capability of user's and administrator's to recording call's?

    If user's have the capability of recording call, this is a private sphere violation in Europe.

    Hello @IT_VBO ,

    there is no way to disable recording altogether, if a user presses the record button on their soft-phone, it will record the call.
    If this is something you think should be added you can suggest it in our Ideas section of the forum where it can be up-voted by other users and can be evaluated by the appropriate department.
