Disconnect Call after x minutes

    Hi guys,

    Any idea how to track call times (inbound or outbound) and then disconnect call after x minutes?

    Hello @ibrahim akgün,

    You need to control calls between 2 endpoints, and none of them is a CFD app (for example an internal extension and an external number), so you can't use the CFD for this.

    You can create a C# program using the 3CX Call Control API, subscribe to events to know when a call starts and ends, and then you can disconnect any call after X minutes.
