Disconnect Call on Trunk...

    May I know how to disconnect the call...

    I saw that the disconnect call button is grey out ... even the caller is already disconnected, i cannot manually disconnect it...

    HI

    We are looking into this. At some point there is mostly likely to have been some lost packet.

    Restarting the 3CX Database server service will clear this.

    May I know if the client is already disconnected and the server didn't notice about that, how long of the timeout period will be detected by the server, if no more packet is from the voip provider? Thanks.
    It is because not possible all the time I notice that the connection is already disconnected, and manually restart the webserver to free up the connection. Thanks.
