I have been experiencing frequent disconnects from my new SIP Trunk provider Nextiva. I never had these issues with CallCentric or Voip.ms. I have reported this to them and they are investigating. I just wanted to post the server log below and see if anyone sees anything out of the ordinary. I have removed the phone numbers and replaced them with X's. I have had call drops at 9:54 and 10:15 in this log. If the log looks fine , I'll be assured it's likely Nextiva. As another note, I did introduce the Obi110. Any issues with it?

So i switched out the Obi110 with another phone system, same issue. The only thing I notice in the log is the stun server entry a few minutes before the disconnects. And it's not really a disconnect so much as I lose 2 way audio. The call termination is me actually disconnecting. Can anyone help?

Loss (or lack) of audio, along with STUN issues would tend to indicate a port configuration/conflict/incompatibility problem, of some sort, with your router.
What make/model of router are you using, and, have you tried (if you have a spare), swapping in a new one, to test with?

You are using the Obi110, with 3CX, in what capacity? To connect to PSTN trunks?

The problem moved with the Obi110, or was still there when the Obi110 was removed?

What results do you get with the 3CX Firewall Checker?

I have an untangle firewall. All worked well with CallCentric and Voip.ms. I am using the Obi simply as an ATA for an Extension. I switched it out with another voip phone and the problrm persisted. I have unchecked the stun server setting in 3CX to see if this makes a difference. Will report back.
