Discreet Listening or Ecoute Discrete

    Good Day to you all,

    I've got a client who would like to Use the 3CX Phone System V6 for his Call centre, running with approx 20 agents. He is fully satisfied with the system as a whole and as now the V6 is providing the recording capabilities, it's even better. However, he would like to be able to perform real-time discreet listening on any conversation while his agent are on calls. So far I haven't been able to see whether 3CX can do it. Have anyone been experiencing the discreet listening feature, if ever available, please drop me a word. your help is most welcome.
