Display Ring Group and Caller ID

    Running V15.53.254 and all the phones are T29G yealink

    I have followed all the configuration guides to have the Ring Group Prepend or Append to the incoming call but I only get the Number or the contact displayed no ring group.

    I have set the option to append or prepend in Contacts/Options and still have the same issue.

    I have loaded all the companies contacts into the contacts and they are displaying correctly on the incoming calls but the Ring Group is not prepended or Appended when I select either option.

    I have rebooted the Phones and the system and I still have no ring group displayed

    Are you adding a name to a DID, before it goes to a ring group?
    Have you tried with a different make/model of set (3CX phone?) ?
    Are the ring group name of an excessive length?
