Distinctive Ring on Cisco SPA Phones Firmware 7.6.1

    In the last month 3CX seems to be using firmware 7.6.1 whereas it was for sometime 7.5.5.

    Since upgrading, we no longer have distinctive ring tones for external and internal calls.

    If I manually downgrade using the SPA GUI distinctive ring tone comes back.

    Anyone have a fix for this?

    Hi,

    I don’t know what was the need to upgrade to f/w 7.6.1 but the Cisco SPA 3/5 Series IP phones are only supported if they are running f/w 7.5.5
