DLINK DPH-540 Wireless handset (won't register)

    Dlink DPH-540 flip phone not registering:

    We are trying to setup an office intercom system (extension to extension dialing, no inbound or outbound) using 3CX on our server, and Dlink DPH-540 phones as the handsets. We can get the system working using other VOIP clients, however we cannot get the Dlink DPH-540 phones to register.

    Aunthentication failure, credentials don't match....

    Setup:
    3CX server IP 10.0.0.100
    Ext 101
    -- dlink phone
    -- ID: 101
    -- Password: 101
    -- no e-mail address
    -- voicemail disabled

    Phone:
    -- IP: 10.0.0.101 (static IP)
    -- Auth ID: 101
    -- Auth Password: 101
    -- SIP Domain: 10.0.0.100
    -- Proxy Address: 10.0.0.100
    -- Proxy Port: 5060

    We finally got it working. Have to set the phone number to match the Auth ID. Thanks again for the help.
