DN status / Outbound caller id

    Hi there,

    I use build 4132 of 3CX phone client, but when I receive a call, it shows the extention number, not the "outbound caller id", any workarounds for this?

    Also in the softphone's users page, the "dn" column gives me greyed out users, whether they are registered or not, shouldn't you see there if a user's phone is registered (green), unregistered(red) or calling (yellow) ?

    Can I reconfigure things to make this work?

    I've reported the caller ID issue as a bug but there is no telling whether 3CX will fix in the next release.

    The extension status is available in the paid versions of the 3CX Server. If you have a paid license, make sure it's been successfully applied.
