Hi,

Just upgraded to 5.1 4510.
Before (5.0) when I called an extension that had two phones connected to it both would ring. If one was placed on DND the remaining phone would still ring.
Now if one of the phones are placed on DND, the call is routed on to voicemal (as set for that extension) and the second phone does not ring at all.....

Anyone have any ideas???

Really need it back as it was as people with external extensions at home don't want to have to leave them to ring all day long.....

This is intended behavior. In forked SIP, both phones will still ring, but as soon as you pick up one of the phones the other will stop ringing.

In fact, in your post you mention the situation that has been resolved by this latest change - the phone will no longer ring at home once the user picks up the call at the office....

Peoples either should not use DND on forked ID phone, or should not fork an extension between home and office. Forked ID is intended to share a number between, for example, your deskphone and your softphone. Its reasonable to expect that both are in DND as soon as you put one of them to DND mode. For other situations please consider using of Ring All groups.
